Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of ordering.
- Standard shipping: 8–15 business days
- Tracking: emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, customs and carrier delays are outside our control. If your order is running well past the window, email us and we'll chase it.
The Mud Happens Guarantee, 30 days
If it's not right. Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Any reason. Mud, sand, zoomies, regret, even if the dog chewed it.
How to return
- Email us with your order number and a one-line reason (the reason is for us to improve, not to argue with).
- We'll send return instructions.
- Refund is issued to your original payment method once the return is received.
Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in that case we cover it.
Faulty or wrong item
Send a photo with your order number. We'll replace it or refund it, your choice, and we pay the shipping.
